Frequently asked questions about our bedding
What materials are the bedding made of?
All our bedding has a 100% cotton cover. Depending on the pillow or comforter, we offer down filling, feather filling or a mixture of both.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all our goods with DHL or DPD. In Germany the delivery time is 2-3 days. You can find more information on our "Shipping" page.
Can I test or exchange the bedding?
Bedding is a hygiene product and is subject to hygiene regulations. For this reason, no used bedding will be taken back. Bedding must be returned in its original condition.
With pillows and comforters, it goes without saying that you should try them out to determine the degree of warmth, height, etc. However, please make sure that you only try them out in the same way as you would in a store, which means, for example, that you can only place comforters over your arms for a short time.
